My commercial wing mower has a hydraulic radiator and engine radiator held together using a simpler toggle latch that did not have a locking mechanism. Due to vibration the old latch would become unfastened and the 2 radiators would separate causing loss of cooling from the engine fan. These latches are much more sturdy and lock into place so I no longer have this issue. These latches can be used for many different applications and are well worth the money.

The pictures of the clamps are edited to look at least twice their actual size. Go by the actual dimensions provided when determining if they're suitable for your project. Whenever sellers use deceptive marketing techniques it leaves buyers wondering what else they've lying about. Never a good idea.

These are overpriced and overrated. Not sure they will survive 6 months under normal use. The material is too soft for holding the 2000 lbs they claim

I'm adding a sealed rim to my smoker. This latch is a very good option to improving the smoke and heat leaking.

Great hold-downs for whatever you need em for. For me, I used them on my sand blasting cabinet extension boot. No issues.
