Parts sites said discontinued and wanted to sell the whole shield when only the bracket was bent. This was all that was needed and fixed the problem.

Drilled hole is one size drill bit too small. Easy to widen if you have a drill and bit. The channel is also just slightly too small for the spacer. You can take the spacer bearing out and it works OK. Can't complain for $12 and a solution for an otherwise obsolete part. My saw is a MS1290LZA.

Cette pièce est mal conçue en partant. Elle devrait être plus robuste afin d’augmenter sa durabilité. Soit un matériau plus rigide ou l’élargir d’un pouce ou 1 1/2’’ afin qu’elle ne se déforme pas.En espérant que le matériau utilisé par ce fournisseur soit de meilleure qualité.

We needed to replace the actuator arm as our original arm worn out after years of owning the machine.The actuator arm preforms smoothly and now we don’t have to pre-lift the safety guard.The only problem we had with installing the new arm is that the hole needed to be cleaned/drilled out as it wouldn’t fit the bolt properly. Once we drilled the hole a bit bigger, it functions as needed.Considering how old our saw is, this was the only place that had an actuator arm, I would consider buying it again.I was also under the impression that we would get 2 arms, but only 1 showed up. Upon doing the review, they now have options for 1 or 2 arms.
