I got this wrist power gyro ball to work on my finger/grip/wrist strength. I've had a bunch of surgeries, one was my dominant thumb (torn ligament). This feels good to use to get some exercise.I have the three level squish balls with the finger attachments that give exercise on the extension as well as the flexion, this is a different kind of exercise. It probably uses all/most of the same muscles as the flexion on the other set, but it's a more endurance/muscle building feel vs the rehab feel that the three ball set had.The bearing is smooth. Just a couple revolutions in the direction of the arrows gets the gyro going. After that you have to make smooth circles to keep it going. You can even make it go super fast if you get the motion right. It's challenging in my nondominant/nonsurgery hand. It really shows you how much better you could be.An easy buy at $10.

I have been using these for a few years and they are great for your wrist and forearm strength. Most sports rely on both of these including golf, tennis, football, pickleball etc... This one is the best since it has a built in starter. You just wind it up and let it go and it starts. My other ones all had a string you had to wind into the ball and pull it out quickly to start it. This is much better. Recommend.
