BD Falcon cell strainer fits inside a BD Falcon 50.0mL centrifuge tube, and is ready-to-use for obtaining uniform single-cell suspension (centrifuge tube sold separately). The strainer is made of yellow nylon mesh with 100 micron pores evenly spaced for consistent results, and has an extended lip for enabling aseptic handling with forceps. The strainer’s molded, color-coded polypropylene frame has a tab for ease of handling. Delivered in a case of 50, the cell strainer is pre-sterilized via gamma irradiation, and individually wrapped in medical-grade packaging.
