I think it's a little soon to write a real review. But, my first impression is that they are perfect for what I need. Basic setup is easy, just press and hold a button for 5 seconds, then press the remote call button. But, muting the volume and/or the lights isn't documented. The instructions for changing the ring tones is also not well documented. I noticed after my initial setup that different call buttons elicited different ring tones on the same device. I think that's a great feature, but it's not documented and I'm not sure how to control it. I guess I'll figure it out.The biggest things I was pleasantly surprised by is that all 4 call buttons can trigger all 4 ringers at once. That's exactly what I needed. I'm using these in a 3000+ sq ft home and so far, the reception is just fine. The furthest receiver from the furthest transmitter is working no problem. If the batteries hold up and don't catch me off guard as some reviews eluded to, I'll be very happy with the purchase, documentation aside. But, being that I just started using them less than 24 hrs ago, I'll have to see how it plays out.

Overall, this is an excellent product, which I would highly recommend. It would be nice if there were a lower volume setting for the receivers lowest volume for both the portable and the plug-in. Plus, while there are a lot of different tones available for use on the receivers, it would be perfectly fine to have less, but have more pleasant tones or music. Most of them are totally inappropriate for sick room use. Finally, it would be nice if one of the call buttons were smaller and mountable on a wristband that could be put on the patients wrist. If you need to have a call button, you certainly don’t want the patient to have to find where it is dangling on their neck or placed somewhere else. The wrist is the most reasonable choice as it is always available to the patient and easy to find, especially if the patient is in bed or sleeping.

I have used this for musicians in my church when the musician needs to have a visual cue to stop or start the music. (In my case the piano used by musicians put them at angle where they could not see what was happening. They had no visual clues.) You can turn it to silent and stick it in a place the congregation cannot see. Someone presses the button when to stop and start the music. The musician sees the box light up and stops and starts the music without awkward delays.

My mom just came home from the hospital after having multiple medical situations over the past year. I live in a duplex downstairs and my parents are upstairs I got the pack that came with 4 alarms and 4 buttons. I have 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs (to really alert my dad) they work amazing! Especially because my mom can't always get my dad's attention with her voice. I also love that they light up and that you can adjust the sound and ringer noise.

Got this in dec 2023.. have two outside in 2 different polebarns approx 150 or so feet from the house n one in the house. It's nice they have a number of ringtones but sadly the only one I found bearable was the doorbell sound.. n it gets a little.comfusing when fedex shows up. I got these for my 89 yr old mom. Here's what I liked: they worked n from quite a distance from the house n inside the house. The button pushes easy. It does have a volume button on the receiver. The batteries have lasted over a yr without having to be replaced. What i didn't like. One of the receivers just recently quite working n i dont see that I can just order an additional one without buying a whole new set. My mom wears it around her neck n it is quite large n cumbersone at times, but its also easier for her to find. But when she is sleeping n lays on it. It also will then give false alerts for help. It defintely needs better options for soundsConclusion. For the past yr it has been a great asset to have in caring for my mom. We've had no difficulties with it for the past yr til now when one receiver stopped working.
