This tool is so well made and has the capacity to reach a number of objects. I really liked the ease of assembly and the way it can be configured to different lengths. Easy to store as well.

This works great for reaching the stuff in the front of the bed, 8 feet away. Finally don’t have to climb in any more.

This is a very sturdy yet lightweight stick to keep in a truck bed. Very easy to assemble. No more climbing in to grab anything in the way back, and organizing is much easier too. It came with a pointy claw hook that could be used to pick up snakes haha, but I’m using the more blunt one. Recommend!

This tool works well for my short Maverick bed and can be extend for longer beds. The two types of hook ends that are interchangeable provide options for many purposes.

At 74 years old, I still appreciate the size and power of my 1995 Ford F350 4x4 Truck with an 8-foot bed that's covered with a canopy. The truck has aged better than me and I can no longer hop into the bed of the truck without using a step ladder. We have a very affordable dump site for depositing our yard and household waste and I occasionally haul stuff to the dump. I have two 40-inch x 40-inch by 20-inch tall plastic bins that I load to contain the stuff I'm taking to the dump. The bins work great until something falls out that I must retrieve. I use a rake but it's sometimes difficult to retrieve everything.I ordered the Cagaloi 74-inch Heavy-Duty Adjustable Hook Rod to assist me in getting loose stuff. Assembling the rod is easy and fast and there is a choice of two different hooks. One hook is pointed and very sharp and is great for piercing paper, cardboard, and other pierceable objects. The other hook has a 90-degree bend that can be used for reaching an item and dragging it over to within my reach. The Hook Rod is advertised as telescoping but it must be assembled/disassembled to change its length. The rod's end has a semi-soft padded handle that will probably have a shorter life than the rod. One hook easily screws on the end of the rod but the other hook requires using the supplied Allen wrench for attaching and removal. I'm going to design an easier way to eliminate the need for the tool.I live on a county road where dumb people discard their beer cans and food wrappers along the road instead of using a garbage can at home. I must clean out a 600-foot ditch along the roadside and this rod will be great in assisting me in picking up after others. Disclaimer: I received this item for free from the Vine program. I didn't get paid for the review and, in fact, I Pay 45% in Federal and State Income Taxes for each item. I apologize for not including pictures; I have a genetic trait that causes my hands to shake.
