I bought this to replace the chock line on my riding mower. I bought it too long knowing I would have to shorten it. I pulled the center wire out and just cut the "spring" with a wire cutter. Reinstalled the center wire and bent it to fit. Easier then I thought it would be.

I bought a large John Deere zero turn lawn mower about 5-6 years ago. The choke cable was ALWAYS very stiff and hard to pull out. No amount of lubrication seemed to help. Recently it became so bad that the plastic knob actually pulled off of the end of the cable. I found this replacement on Amazon and it arrived quickly. Installation was quick and easy. Actuating the choke is now a very smooth and EASY two-finger pull. The whole system is very substantial feeling. I recommend it highly.
