Bought this for an Ibanez 200 5 string and it is a good solid fit. One other review mentions that the neck cradle is too high...which allows the lid when closed to push down on the neck and raise the resonator from the back of the case. (the cradle is the fulcrum)...and I agree. That said, The case comes with two plush pads that in my case (no pun intended) fit under the resonator to raise in slightly, and that seems to address the cradle height issue. Not sure that is the purpose of the plush pads. The pads might be there to take up space around a smaller resonator. The position of the handle is good for my banjo, contrary to some other reviews. Maybe that is a function of the weight of the banjo. The bottom of the case has three button feet. Nice case for the price, and I would buy it again.

A perfect fit for an Ibanez B-200 resonator banjo. Zero modification needed. Fits as if it were made for it. Snug around the resonator, but it slides in easily with no forcing. Really nice looking vintage style with fairly robust latches (5 in total) that is secure and solid, if a tad on the heavy side. Handle is correctly placed for proper balance under load. The inner compartment is very generous and is capable of holding strings, the detachable part of a neotech strap, the capo, and picks (should you use them- i don't) with ease. Glad I went with this particular brand and model, as sometimes buying an aftermarket case can be frustrating. This one worked out perfectly.

This is a GREAT CASE at a very reasonable price for the quality! It arrived quickly and well packaged via FedEx. I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of this case. The resonator body of my banjo fits snuggly into the soft plush liner very securely. My banjo is also a drop-neck and fits with plenty of room. This case is hefty at around 10 lb. and has a nice leather covered shell. It has 5 antique latches which one locks with a key if you choose to lock it. There are also brass supports on one side and also on the edge to protect the case when setting it down. The handle is well balanced and nicely covered with leather. Feels good in hand with banjo in it. There is a very large accessory compartment inside which is large enough to carry all your travel accessories. This case is so nice I almost wanted to buy a new banjo to go in it! Lol! Great attention to detail. It even has a riveted bronze manufacturer nameplate. Can’t imagine needing or wanting a better case! That said, buy one, you won’t be sorry! Cheers!!! Jerry

This perfectly fits my Deering Goodtime open back banjo. I got the blonde colored one and I’m amazed at how nice it is for the price. I could’ve paid $50 more and would’ve still felt it fair. If you’re on the fence about quality at this price, don’t be. This is by far the nicest case I’ve ever had for any instrument I’ve owned.

This is a beautiful case that fit my 6 string banjo perfectly. Will fit 5 and 6 strings perfectly. Well crafted. Very easy transaction.

This is a beautiful case, made with excellent craftsmanship and using high quality materials and components. The only issue is the placement of the carrying handle. It is too far behind the center of gravity resulting in being completely unable to carry the case level, with too much weight toward the neck end. Ideal placement would have handle straddle center lock.

This case has been serving me well for two years of moderate travel, including a dozen instances of putting the banjo in an overhead bin during a flight, and one instance of allowing it to be gate-checked (scary but fine). Damage has been limited to some scuffs of the edges. There are five clasps, making the instrument more secure but also confounding a lot of TSA agents who need to survey it by hand at my home airport. Lots of storage.

I wanted a hard shell case that would not just be plain black on the outside and this Crossrock case is perfect. Sturdy but not overly heavy, this will keep my banjo safe for sure.

I do rate Crossrock cases. This is my third having bought two of the fibreglass cases. Well made, good value, and great customer service - I contacted them in relation to dimensions and they were incredibly helpful
