It saved me Do to the fact I had to wait so long for the new caliper to arrive. This fit perfectly and worked great. I used to rebuild my own and friends calipers when I was young and a $5.00 rebuild kit was all we could afford.

True the D351458 is a 57mm bore so the square cut piston (most important) is correct but the boot cover doesn't fit well at all (this would be a temporary fix). The D351819 includes the correct dust boot and the dust boot ring. Amazon should remove D351458 as an option for a 2012 accord, rest assured its not the $6, its all the time and effort to tear it all back down...
