  • The card comes with 24gb yearly plan, no need to pay additional plan, you just have to insert it into your device and it will be activated, Some devices need to set APN, see instructions.

  • 1.Check if the device has power and SIM card has data or not.

    2.Put the SIM card on the phone to check if the SIM card can connect to the network.

Just began using Eiot Sim with my new Reolink security camera and as soon as I inserted the sim into the camera and turned it on, within 30 seconds I was connected. After using up my 100mb trial sim, I contacted Eiot customer service via live chat and their rep was able to transfer the data from another Eiot Sim I had into the Sim that’s in the camera. This make refilling very easy and convenient. So far, the plan is working out great and I’m glad that Eiot has customer service live support.
