the rubber feet on the machine arent adequate to keep it still when locking the filter, the filter requires a fairly large amount of force to lock so i have to use my entire forearm to keep the machine still.edit: i figured out a way to grasp the machine from the concave plastic part, and gripping the portafilter close with high leveragethe metal finish on the portafilter holder is very poor quality, i need to DIY smooth the metal burrs off of it. i think it was modified from another part and they didnt finish it.picking up the machine is unusually awkward: the center of mass prevents picking it up from the front, theres no good grip from the sides, so to pick it up comfortably you need to take off the water tank.the filters cannot be disassembled for cleaning, and retain liquid inside them which cannot be drained. they need to be replaced with unpressurised onesthe automatic brewing modes are useless since they will always over or under extract, the manual mode has a frustratingly slow response time+superb pressure+very quick heating+pretty okay for the price

This one replaces the first one I ordered, and was new in the box. So, clean and ready to set up for use. :)

The espresso is not hot enough and to make an americano I need to boil my own water.I am returning and upgrading to the next model with the pressure gauge and temperature gauge.My original machine years ago was a De’Longhi that still is under $100. But skeptical if it still rates as goodWe shall see how this née one does🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸

This machine works well. The espressos are rich and crema is great. Froth is also not bad. For the price, it is a nice little machine. Easy to use, easy to clean. Wish coffee would be a tad hotter, but that's just me. I like coffee really hot. But it's not bad if drinking right away.

Very happy with the espresso. The steam wand is short and doesn’t really move much, but it works. The machine leaks a small amount of water with each use. Just gotta wipe underneath each time. Annoying. Good espresso for good price otherwise.
