Makes great potholders, oven kits, hot pads. Easy to sew thru. I used one layer of batting and one layer of insul bright. Perfect thickness for potholders.

I love this product so much!As a new quilter, I’m practicing putting on binding by making pot holders.Afterall, there’s no point in ruining perfectly good quilt tops with lousy binding techniques, right?!So, I’m using this Insul-Bright for my pot holders and couldn’t be more pleased!It really is keeping the heat away from my hands a I’m picking up hot pots and pans! I’m sandwiching it between two layers of regular batting and finding that it’s the perfect thickness and protection for my hands.Highly recommend.

Este material lo usé para hace unas agarraderas para la cocina pero para que fueran realmente aislantes de calor hubiera tenido que ponerle dos capas de algodón además de este material. Daba lo mismo usar el algodón sin el aislante desde el principio. T vez para proyectos como loncheras o algo asà si sea más útil
