Bought this stencil holder for my cookie stenciling and it has worked out great for me. I had also purchased a screen so I can air brush my stencils BUT the screen did not fit in the holder due to the holder having hinges. I simply unscrewed the hinges and removed them. My screen fit perfectly in the holder after that. The magnets in the holder are nice and strong and I get no movement whatsoever when stenciling a cookie! I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend the holder for any cookier out there who uses stencils when decorating.Note: I airbrushed the scales on the fish and wood grain on the plaque cookies. Holder worked great at keeping my stencil firmly aligned and secured.

This is just the right size for my cookie stencils. The magnet holds tight enough to keep the stencil steady. Two size settings control how far away the stencil is from your item. You just flip it over for a higher or lower setting. It definitely got stained from using my airbrush with it, but I washed it off by hand and it is now a pretty shade of pink. Very easy to use.

Worked great! Just make sure not to make cookies too thick! I had made about 1/4 in cookies and they were a bit too thick, but was still able to use frame!

It's just ok to use for icing but use for a airbrush is stains on wood frames.
