This NEMA 23 mounting bracket made by Huofumen is pretty nice. I am posting pictures uninstalled so you can see the features. Personally, for my little CNC machine this is a big step up for my Z axis.It sure appears that this is a an extruded tube of aluminum that was then machined for the cut away features which make it easier to access the coupler. As you can see from the 3rd pic, there are a couple of seemingly rough edges, but these are unimportant and don't interfere with usage. This is a really nice product and measures as square. There are other options out there like stamped and folded steel, but this mount is far more rigid.
