I go through these a lot, as I gesso my own panels and canvases. These brushes do a great job of spreading acrylic gesso evenly and quickly without harsh marks from the bristles. They also clean up easily, ready to be used and reused indefinitely. The bristles have a nice spring to them, bouncing back well but not being harsh - these brushes have a great combination of springiness and softness that makes them perfect for these projects. If I have to coat a piece of furniture or paint some small area around the house, these work well for those projects too. The size is handy, and I like the different sizes that come in the pack. Even though they're useful for many types of projects, I prefer to stockpile these for use in preparing my canvases and panels. And that means they're excellent - AND they're not expensive. Perfect.

Soft and guide like they are loaded with butter. Very nice. I love the different sizes, the feel, easy to clean and so far no fraying. Very nice. I would definitely recommend. Especially if you paint larger canvases.

Just painted my first chair with these brushes. I used acrylic paint on used leather and these brushes worked great. The cleanup is with running water and a little handsoap.

These brushes are awesome and highly reusable for home projects (or artwork)! The bristles are soft and smooth, and they don't get stiff or shed like other nylon brushes after a few uses. They don't sell these brushes in my local hardware stores so I buy extra when they're in stock on Amazon.

The bristles of these brushes are very smooth and silky, and that makes them great for applying varnish or other clear coat. I used them to apply water-based clear varnish on a nightstand I was refinishing, and they worked wonderfully. Because I was using water-based, they were easy to rinse/clean and dried very fast so I could use them again for other coats. Great value for brushes like these.
