Oh my gosh I’m so happy with these drying racks for my instapot. When I want to dehydrate food I just load yo the trays and then pop them in the dehydrator. Later after I pull out the dehydrated items I then grind them up to make powder for seasonings. My favorite are any type of yellow, red, green pepper or mushrooms. All work well as seasons later for many types of meals and veggies don’t go to waste. It’s a great value for the money. It has a nice capacity for dehydrating items, they are easy to use & clean up nicely. They seem to allow for good airflow. The size it good for 6.5 quart insta pot.

I dehydrate food for solo camping and have found these racks to be very helpful. Obviously you can’t dehydrate a lot of food at one time like a dedicated dehydrator, but it’s so much faster that I’m able to start another batch within a few hours. You’ll definitely need to rearrange the food about halfway through to compensate for the airflow pattern, but that’s recommended in dedicated dehydrators, too. It feels sturdy and is so easy to put into and take out of the IP. I just wish there was a finer mesh available so I can dehydrate rice.Be warned: light food will get blown around and the mesh is so wide that small food will fall through. This isn’t an ideal setup for green peas or finely diced foods, but with some practice it doesn’t take long to dial it all in.

First I dehydrated one apple, slicing it into 1/8" slices. That - along with a few blueberries scattered between the slices - filled the 5 racks - with adequate space between slices. I dehydrated at 165 F for 12 hours, I think. After cooling, the slices were a pleasant texture - slightly crispy, neither pliable nor hard. They tasted great! It only took me one evening of feeling "snacky" to eat the entire apple. I'm kind of wondering how much electricity goes into one apple. (The blueberries were good, too. They were different sizes and different textures to begin with, but they were tasty.)Then I tried using the 5 racks for breaded zucchini "chips". That did a pretty fair job - at least as well as the bottom rack of the double "steaming" basket. That's the main "versatile" use. It does increase the "real estate" available to air fry.The racks are kind of small. Since they allow almost total air flow, it would be nicer if they took up almost all of the IP inner pan, but there's a lot of unused dead space. I'd like to see that change.I am really, really glad they are made of stainless steel, not crudzo non-stick stuff. And it appears to be a decent stainless, not one of the super-cheap alloys like 1808 steel. Will I personally use it enough to justify $31+? That is a question. And that would be a question for any buyer. But if you're going to try or buy an IP Duo air fryer combo (or an IP with another AF lid), this is a useful accessory.

Purchased the air fryer racks to cook French fries but have found many more uses. Have cooked chicken thighs and results were great. Reheated vegetables and a pork chop with perfect results. Also, I do not spray the racks with cooking spray and food does not stick. Very pleased with clean up. Only complaint is trying to remove the racks without spilling the food or touching the insert and getting burned. Still need to figure this part out. Happy to have them in my kitchen!

I haven’t used mine yet but it seems sturdy and well made. It fits my 6.5 qt Ninja Foodi well.

Easy clean and like that its dishwasher safe. Also sturdy. However, we tried to use with an air fryer and for that purpose it didn't work to well. It sits deep in the air fryer (we have Instantpot) so you need some sort of apparatus to pull it out. We also felt the cook time was way longer and things didn't get as crisp stacking the food. So it didn't really work for our purpose, but seems like an OK product.

I have the IP Ultimate Lid model. It's a 6.5qt, but it's shorter and wider than the traditional Instant Pot models. I initially bought the slightly smaller model for Instant Pot 6qts, not realizing a larger rack was available. The slightly smaller rack worked great, but I wanted something that could give me just a little more food at a time. That's when I noticed this brand had the larger rack that was listed for Ninja brand cookers. After taking some measurements on my IP Ultimate Lid model, I realized it would fit just fine, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this one.If you have an Ultimate Lid model, I highly recommend this for dehydrating your food. I can get about 2 pounds of top round strips on this rack at a time. Makes excellent jerky. Although I highly recommend a cutable silicone dehydrator liner to go with it, if you plan to do dry fruits as well, as fruit will stick and clean up will be a bit more work.

This dehydrator rack is great! I have wanted a food dehydrator for a long time, but not some huge contraption that I have to find storage for when not using it. I use this rack in my Instant Pot Due Nova, 6 quart. Easy to use, easy to clean (I was concerned that would be a problem), and easy to store away!I made beef jerky for my first use and again...so easy! You have to rotate the racks throughout the process to ensure even dehydration, but that wasn't tough either. The racks slide in and without a problem...so that was a relief!Short story long...I very comfortably recommend this product! :)

Purchased for the 8qt Instant Pot Duo crisp, as an alternative to the original round basket for air frying. On the positive side, it does provide better air circulation, without food clumping together and needing to be tossed regularly. They are easy to wash after use.The downside is that the rack sits quite deep within the pot, making it difficult to grip and lift out safely by the handles, even with the IP mini silicon mitts. As the top layers cook faster than the bottom, the trays do need to be rotated, it can be quite challenging to remove and replace them while hot.Overall, it is a useful accessory, but there are some challenges.

Gave to my wife as part of a gift and she stated that it was excellent quality, easy to use and easy to clean. She has used it several times already and has been happy with the results.
