This felt is soft and flexible with a moderately firm fuzzy feel. This material has excellent cushioning as well as thermal and sound dampening properties. Some popular applications include absorbers, spacers, dust liners, acoustic panels, protective padding, packing material, sound dampening insulation, and cushioning material. Our industrial felt is 100% natural and undyed, therefore the material slight color variation will occur from lot to lot. F-15 Industrial felt will generally range from natural gray to brown. Industrial felt pieces that are less than 1/4" thick can be cut using a rotary blade. Thicker felt may require a fabric saw.
