Product arrived in a broken box with no protective coverings. The metal is completely scratched up. Also it arrived with no instructions. This product is a scam and should be avoided!!

I’m pretty sure the photos of the ladder are different from what I actually got. The ladder in the photos has the company name cut into the attachment points. This one that I got does not. The tolerances are all terrible, you can’t get your foot on the first rung of the ladder no matter how many adjustments you do to it. And the top bracket interferes with the stock roof rack for the 4runner.Overall, I’m really disappointed in the quality of this rack even at a low price it just doesn’t actually fit the car. If I were you spend the extra money and buy the Gobi, that’s what I’m going to do today.
