They would not seal so I put a drop of mineral oil in them, that was a year ago and they still hold air perfectly

One out of the two actually held air pressure back. They were sold as a pair, I only needed one and the price was reasonable. So for me, it worked out.

I used this in an air bag system to seal my pump from my tank, and my tank from my bags. (picture like a loch system on a river.... air can only go downhill). After setting all this up, I found it worked well in a high offset pressure environment. So when the pump stops pumping, it's effectively at 0 and the tank is at 130psi. In that scenario it seems to hold air for a long time. However in the scenario where my supply regulator is at 10psi, thus the bags at 10psi, and the tank is pushing 130psi against that same check valve, it would leak. a bit. You don't notice the leak when it's going to atmosphere, but you do when it's into a small volume control environment.I wouldn't rely on this to keep an exact pressure in two disparate volumes. I would get a hard cut-off, which I also discovered is not easy to do.
