This is a great jug for cold-brewing and dispensing beverages. it's sturdy, the spout assembles easily (I didn't need the wrench, which is good because I couldn't fit it onto the nut inside the jar), and cleaning up is a breeze.The clean-up is the selling point. I've been cold-brewing coffee for years, and have gone through a variety of strainers and nutbags, looking for a tidy way to streamline the process. With this, I can just pull out the basket and set it on a pair of chopsticks atop the mouth of the jar to drain.At first, I despaired of getting a proper coffee to water ratio—the water didn't cover the beans—until I realized I could simply brew it upside down. (They should put that in the instructions for dimwits like me.)In summer, I expect this will be used as much for iced tea and lemonade as for coffee. I'm happy with it, and would recommend it without reservation.

No more stops at the over priced coffee shops anymore. Make my own cold brew with this works great and holds enough to last a week for me. Can't tell you how much I've saved since getting this worth it in saves alone. Make my own cold foam and all.

I make my own cold brew and up until now it was a royal PITA to filter the coffee grinds from the liquid. This little set up couldn't be easier, plus it fits in my fridge, as is, and looks so old time-y. I love it!

I like the size of the jar, but I do not like the flimsy spout. I also do not like the fact that the metal is submerged in the liquid.

Absolutely love this brewing pitcher. I love that I’m able to customize my cold brew with my preferred coffee type and strength. I’m able to make cold brew that I feel tastes better than other premade cold brews.
