Screw holes are off centred, acrylic isn't dust or scratch free. Easy to use, though, and affordable protection for monetarily or sentimentally valued items.

Package first arrived in no box or envelope of any kind. There was a crack in the upper right corner of the case. Lastly and most importantly the product had NO SCREWS WITH IT!! The whole point of this case is that is a screw down case. Completely dropped the ball on all fronts.

Tricky to line up and screw in tiny screws with my arthritis but husband got it and said it was easy. Looks very nice, got it to hold a playing card and ticket stub.

Product was sealed in new packaging, but it had a scratch diagonally across the display face and edges. Wasn't worth the hassle of a return, but the product obviously scratches easily.
