My 2012 Tahoe LTZ was getting a backup sensor error often, especially after a car wash or rain, that would turn off my proximity sensor function. I noticed that one of my sensors in my rear bumper had an edge peeling up and allowing moisture to seep in. This was an exact fit - plug and play. Was not too hard to install (had to remove some screws and clips to remove the rear bumper cover, then take out the old one and replace with the new. Works flawlessly again and NO error codes (even after a commercial car wash). So glad it functions well again for safety when backing up.
