They hold a lot of leaves. I sat my leaves on the curb for 4 days, it rained 3 of those days & the bags held up. I just folded down the top of the bag when it was full. Really great buy.

Love the big mitt like shovels to scoop up leaves. Based on other reviews we made sure not to scoop to much at one time.Haven’t used the bags or gloves, yet. Looking forward to fall this year.

This is my first use of these bags, which are very handy because I live in an urban neighborhood and have no way to dispose of garden waste except in some sort of container for municipal trash pickup. The bags are good, but they are made of two un-bonded layers of fairly light paper, so either one of the layers can tear pretty easily. So tricky to use for sticks or strong plant stems, fine for grass cuttings and leaves.
