This is the perfect size and does everything it says it will. After dozens of uses, the pan's finish is still non-stick, it has stayed flat, heats evenly and is easy to clean. I love this pan. I use it for all kinds of tarts, as well as cheesecakes and quiche.

This pan is as sturdy as others I have bought for much more money. And, the non-stick coating is on the outside as well as the inside - including the removable bottom. So, if you accidentally scratch the bottom piece of the pan you can flip the bottom and still have a non-stick bottom.

I made my first Fruit Tart after being on vacation and purchasing 2 from local grocery stores at expensive prices. The pans came in 3 sizes, 9â€, 10â€, & 12â€. We were having company for the 4th of July, so the 12†pan was the winner! The tart came out with ease and it cooked beautifully, like the recipe indicated. I look forward to using all 3 sizes!

This pan is lightweight, easy to work with and has baked the tarts I've made uniformly. Easy cleaning is another plus.

I love these tart pans!!! I love the 3 different sizes. I made a tart with a top and bottom crust but they didn't seal properly so the juices were coming out and landing on the pan which, in the oven, got a little burnt. After I removed the tart, I washed the tart pan and all the burnt went away. Super easy to clean! I strongly recommend it

I am tart making aficionado so I have a lot of tins of different sizes that have removable bottoms. This was one of the best values for a selection of three decent sizes of good non-stick quality. Happy with my purchase.

Very satisfied with this pan ! I grease it a little bit before putting my pie / quiche crust and everythings comes off easily. The cooking is homogeneous and the dishes successful!
