One of my dogs is a master escape artist. I was getting calls a couple times a month from people who had picked her up as she was out roaming. She is a hunter and keeping her safe has always been a challenge; She will quietly work for days on digging a hole under the fence. I'd patch them up and she'd just move to a new area. My yard looked terrible with all the ways I was "fixing" the holes. I was about to pour concrete all along my fence line when I stumbled across these. Now I just walk the fence and look for any areas that she's been working on and any areas she might discover, push one of these in the ground (they fit snug against the fence and tuck under the 4x4) and she hasn't been able to get around them (I can see she's tried). They settle deep into the ground, look nice and do the job as intended. I feel much better leaving her unattended, knowing she won't dig out and get lost, stolen, or worse.

I'm sure these are going to keep my little 4 legged digger in the yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't know for a fact yet. They are very sturdy and are tall enough to go down deep into the ground. I placed them at the base of a wooden fence. Fingers crossed.

For the past few months, my neighborhood has been plagued with the emergence of stray dogs. The dogs are coming from the wooded area at the rear of the property lines and are getting very aggressive. They are getting into my back yard by simply digging and lifting the bottom of my chain link fence to get in and out. They come to into my back yard and drink the water that I spray on my vegetable plants on the late evening and they are ruining the plants. When I shoo them off, they growl and show their fangs before retreating to the opposite side of the fence. I notified the local Animal Services about the problem, but the Memphis Animal Shelter is too full to add more stray animals. They will not send out the field Animal catchers, due to thay problem. I ordered three sets of the Thrivinest Animal barrier fences and pounded them into the ground at the base of the fence that runs along the rear property line and used the enclosed zip ties to connect them to the links on the fence. Now, my fence cannot be dug under and lifted up. The dogs can no longer enter my yard. A regular rubber mallet will not be good enough to.install tje fences. A "Dead Blow" hammer would be the best hammer to use and they are not very expensive on Amazon, or any local hardware store.

In case this helps others. I'm hoping to solve my critter issues under mobile home I rent while, I wait for Spring Summer and maintenance to help more to fix the obvious issues. It's on a narrow fence line so I had to improvise since hard to get to.

Nice little fence, but it's about 6 feet not 10 feet so for the price it was expensive. Also the little clips didn't work, luckily these give you some plastic ties as well but only enough to put one on each set.
