These paper mache therian cat masks are top-notch! I was impressed by how sturdy they were, even after several layers of paint, glue, and decorations. The students in our small group had a blast transforming them into unique creations, and the masks held up perfectly through it all. These are as inspiring as they are sturdy. The material looked like plastic but feels like egg carton. This means that the alcohol markers I planned to use will not pop as bright but acrylic paint and markers will. Which I have. Just looking at them inspires ideas like black or sapphire crystals on shiny white. Once the paint is dry, rub-on decals should be a breeze. Add a small, sturdy dowel rod, and you havae the elegant beginnings of a great themed party. These masks are great.
