Nice size, wax block is enough for a good height before it burns out. Preferably use in non windy night, since it may take the lantern out of the view faster and may struggle when turning on.

Okay, so I just got these paper lanterns, and they're pretty cool. There's ten of them, a bunch of different colors, which is nice. They seem like they'll be fun for a party or something. Purchased for a memorial send off. The product has few instructions. The lanterns were hard to light and to inflate, the flames from the wax were dangerously high. Be very cautious. We tried 3 and the last one dropped into a tree.
