This is a great value for the price. The plates are not thin or flimsy feeling. They have some heft to them and just look great. I am super happy with them along with the ceramic knobs I picked. I redid a big ole TV armoir and made it into a kitchen pantry. I am so happy with how it turned out. These back plates and the knobs really made it look so nice.

Great quality, very heavy. Does not feel like pot metal. The color is dark but matches the knobs from Cosmas. I used a 1 1/4" knob that was 3/4" at the base which just fit on the smooth part of the plate. I used it for french doors between by bedroom and bath, not cabinets, and it looks great.
