First, this company REALLY does not care about the consumer. They fail to take responsibly for anything. they are difficult to work with and deliver a subpar product.the 100GB BLU-RAY discs arrived a week late. out the 10 discs the first (top) one did not burn correctly, write errors. the 5th disc same thing... I have little confidence that there wont be more bad discs.note: the second disc reburned the first one (that had write errors) successfully (not the software or hardware - clearly faulty discs), same was true with disc 6. it successfully burned the same data meant for disc 5 (write errors)this company does NOT stand behind their product, nor do they care if you receive a faulty item.so,beware!better off buying from a reputable company!
