In person, I have to say: these look and feel a lot like little wire trash cans (and perhaps that's what they are). But they work well for this purpose, too! And they come with little stakes to hold them into the ground, which is a nice touch. They are sturdy (again, think trash can strength) and seem likely to deter even the strongest deer, rabbit, or other critter, and as long as they're staked, they shouldn't blow away, either. They are small enough and don't have a hole in the top, so they'll really only be good for seedling or small plants, but for ones that get larger (e.g., tomatoes), this should be a great stopgap until they get big enough for something else.The only thing I'm not sure about yet -- because I've only had them a few days -- is how they'll hold up after a few years, or maybe a few weeks per year, of being outside. The metal is painted, which will probably help against rust. But everything looks good so far! (I'll try to remember to update my review if anything changes.)

These kept my plants from being eaten by squirrels and rabbits. The only thing that would be even better is if they did not taper, and if they came in a larger size.

I'm so glad I made this purchase as the squirrels love to eat up my beautiful growing pumpkins. These plant covers are great as they fit perfectly over my growing pumpkins and squash. They are a decent quality mesh that lets the sunlight and rain in while keeping the animals out. And the stakes that came with this product are great for keeping these tacked to the ground. And they are easily movable if need be as my pumpkins and squash grow.

I have squirrels, birds and snails that love my vegetable crops and these Plant Covers protect the seedlings nicely, giving them a chance to grow.The Covers are sturdy and well-made and require no assembly.I wish they were cheaper and I would get a lot more, but the price is fair for what you get.

Planted a few pacific shore junipers but had a lot of trouble with deer since they damaged many of them. These covers have helped protecting the ones that survived quite well so far.

Item is over priced you can get the same product for $1.25 each at the dollar store.Same quality materials and measurements .

These cages are very sturdy and have a nice coating. I got them to protect my pumpkins from deer - I'll have to find another solution once the pumpkins get larger, but for the moment, they are great. They are heavier than I expected and I love that they come with metal stakes to make sure they stay put.
