We have been battling fleas for a while and these are the best flea combs I've found. First I comb through my dog's hair with the regular comb to get their hair going all the same way, then I comb through with theses flea combs which grab about 95% of the fleas. I quickly place my thumb over them and deposit them into a dish with alcohol in it. My dogs have gotten the idea down that this stops them itching so there is minimal struggle getting them to go along with it, unlike when I was using longer flea combs with tines that wouldn't stay in the handle well. In fact, the tines are so nice and close, I need to use a pin to get some of the smaller fleas that get stuck out from between them and into my alcohol dish. Definitely would recommend these to anyone who is dealing with an infestation.

So many flea combs in stores nowadays have the tines too far apart. These are closer together Works great for fleas, dirt, and getting shedding fur. Sharing these with friends.

All of my fur babies line up for me to get their fleas daily. They love how these combs scratch them while getting those pesky fleas. Fleas are BAD this year in the Southeast. I’ve been using these Excellent flea combs for years and Highly Recommended.

Just comb and if you see a flea on the comb, I drop it into a bowl of water with dawn. And use the next comb to continue. The cat doesn't even mind
