OK, so maybe "pop" isn't the best choice of words to use when referring to balloon displays - lol! But the truth still holds - in the short time it takes to add these as table decorations, they really can add a nice touch to almost any party. While we haven't actually used these yet - they're for an upcoming party - we did test the assembly on one of the sets and they went together very easily and seemed to be very stable as well. Compared to other sets, similar to this one, which we have used in the past, the test assembly we did on this set went together easier and faster.Suggestion : to reduce the set up time required on the day of the party - assemble all the balloon 'sticks' the day before and secure the connectors (connection joints) with a little tape. Then, all you'll have to do is blow up the balloon, attach it to the cup then stick the stick into the base and your done in a jif!And, yes, you DO get to pop the balloons when you're done! Have fun!!
