Great size ramekins. I love that they're not too tall, great for shallow projects. I actually use these as food dishes for my pet guinea pigs and they're a great weight and size. Most ramekins are smaller and taller so they tip over easier. I'll buy these again. Just wish they didn't have ridges on the outside since that makes them harder to clean, whether you're using them for food or other projects. That's my only complaint.

These ramekins are a great size and they look very nice on the table. They are dressy enough, though plain white, to go with any special china or porcelain. I used them at a dinner party recently for Creme Brulee. They managed this dessert perfectly! If I hadn't bought enough, I would definitely but more. They are worth it!
