The wheels were the right size and fine but, I couldn't use them because the trolly had to have 4 holes in the wheels frames.

Perfect replacement for my hand cart. My old wheels kept going flat. Nice replacement set as rims are chrome, having the valve stem angled is easy to add air - they only came with 5lbs of air had to inflate to 30 lbs- nice bonus was they came with new washers and new cotter pins.
