Fantastic coolling racks. They're huge and hold a lot. Super strong, easy to move and the 304 makes them easy to clean. You can see in the picture how it dwarfs the 1/2 pan size.

I use these in my full-size convection oven on top of my flat cooking pan so that the bottom of the food gets crispy without having to turn it.

Living in Florida I have 2 fish mongers who always have super fresh choices of fillet on hand and if I'm not BBQing I like to bake them 8n my oven. This baking rack is sturdy and fits perfectly into a 12 x 17 baking tray. Also want to try baby back ribs with foil covering to keep them fall off the bone moist. The rack is not Teflon as you can see but it has cleaned up easy with some dish soap and warm water. An excellent addition for baking.

I bought 2 of the racks. Very sturdy and heavy duty. With piece of aluminum foil beneath it, I cooked a 13.5 pound turkey on one rack. I am very happy with my purchase as I can also use these racks for cooling baked items such as muffins and bread. I would definitely recommend these racks and would purchase them if I need more racks.

I believe these are the guys who actually manufacture Vollrath's cooling racks, which are known for their strength and durability. The 8.5x12 rack is amazingly sturdy. It perfectly fits a standard quarter sheet. My only complaint is that the rack is a bit tall. Every other rack is 0.7" tall. This rack is 1.4" tall (actually more like 1.25"), which means it sticks up above the rim of a standard 1" baking sheet.It is unclear why this rack is so tall. It may be to fit a wider range of consumer baking sheets. For instance, Nordic Ware's baking sheets are smaller than the standard baking sheet sizes. (They are also as thin as the thinnest, most budget commercial baking sheets.)I love the racks. I just wish they were a bit shorter. I'll probably cut off the feet and weld on new ones, which is something you can safely do since these racks are built like tanks.

Bought this for my man, to have a lager upper rack on his smoker. Fits great, solid feel, "bump" feet are perfect for setting it on a surface. Thanks to the guy who wrote the other review, mentioning the same smoker we have. Did the trick. Costs more than some others, but in this case, you do get what you pay for. Actually costs much less than the aftermarket shelf available for this same smoker/grill.

Was the correct size as described but arrived damaged with a very bad curve on the product, it would not sit flat and was unusable with about a 1 inch wobble. Refunded and Donated. Very disappointed with this purchase.
