Not only do I seem to have a problem getting my syringes and needles through a pharmacy, they are also really expensive, even with insurance. These are SUCH a good deal and will last me a few years for the same price as I was paying for 3 months’ worth.I was a little worried reading some of the reviews, but I think some of these folks are not using them right. These syringes and needles are no different than I get from the pharmacy other than the writing on them looks different than brand name. These markings are very easy to read and the needle was secure on the syringe (best practice is to ALWAYS check to be sure the needle is secure on the syringe before drawing up your med).The needle was very sharp and in fact, I didn’t even feel it when I insert it which is odd for an IM (intramuscular) injection into my leg. Note that wherever you are injecting yourself (or getting an injection from someone else), you should always be sure your muscle is COMPLETELY relaxed before you inject. That will make a huge difference in the pain level.I was pleasantly surprised to see that each syringes/needle set came in its own wrapper. This is helpful to me because I travel a lot for work and often need to take my meds on the road with me. It makes me feel better knowing my syringe/needle are packaged and will remain sterile.Seeing as this is a 25 gauge needle, you have to take care to ensure you aren’t bending it/pressing it on angle when you’re inserting it in your med vial. That is true of ALL brands - if you want a thinner needle, you have to consider this. That said, I felt this needle was very sturdy and straight; I had no concerns about it bending on me.

Obviously, some folks don't know how to inject themself, especially with vitamin B12. Drawing the med from the vial first pressurize the vial by first pulling the plunger on the syringe back to 1+ml, them insert the needle into the vial and press the plunger in to pressurize the vial. The plunger will automatically pull the med from the vial. When administering the med take ALL weight off the leg or arm you're injecting, this will relax the muscle completely and is completely painless. These 25 gage needles are tiny so they will bend if side pressure is exerted. I inject vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) into my thigh regularly and I've never had any problem with these syringes.

I give myself twice montly B12 shots. My insurance stopped covering my syringes, so I purchased these. Very easy to use and excellent quality. I've bought them multiple times and have never had any issue with them. They come individually wrapped, so I feel safe there is nothing contaminating them.

The product is appropriate for my needs it's a shame that I was packed in such flimsy material, several were damaged inside. Fortunately I don't think it'll be a problem for me but just for other be aware that they are not considered sterile if the outer package is damaged.

I opened up one syringe and the needle got stuck inside the cap that you pull off. I opened up another syringe. I put it in the B12 shot. I got most of it out. I went to inject it in my leg and the needle bent. I would like a refund..
