I use them to test and see how many mushroom spores are in a very small amount of liquid it's less then a drop out the end of a needle it's very difficult and you need to use a strong microscope and AI to count the spores it would be impossible to do oneself we need computers to do stuff like that for us it's to complicated to explain here but these work great they do not allow anything but water to go through them then there is a grid on them so you can count how many are in each square anyway cheep Cheryl is very important in there to really good price and they're individually wrapped which is always great when you're using trying to be sterile definitely recommend them
