Although these sheet protectors are sized to fit A4 size sheets, I am using them successfully with 8.5x11 inch letter size paper. I am printing out many of my digitized recipes, inserting them into the plastic sleeves, and filing them into a 3-ring binder. When I want to use a particular recipe, I remove the plastic sleeve from the binder. I can easily wipe off any food stains that might land on the plastic. There are several holes along the edge that will fit various types of ring binder styles. The price for these sheet protectors at the time of my review is very reasonable, roughly ten cents per sleeve.
