I bake and sell dozens of loaves of sourdough bread each week and switching to these bags was a game changer for me. They are plenty big enough for my 1kg loaves of sourdough, very sturdy, and the tin tabs are such an improvement over the stickers for keeping the bags closed. As a home baker, every second of my time counts so I appreciate not having to locate where I put a pack of stickers or worrying about the stickers falling off and the bag opening. It also keeps my bread fresh for a week because I can roll the top down as much as I need to and keep opening it and closing it every day when I grab slices for lunches.

I bought these because the bags I usually get were out of stock. These seem thin and ripped pretty easy as I was putting my bread in the bad.

I’ve been using these bags over the last few months to store my sourdough bread and bagels. The tabs keep the bag closed tight that keeps the bread fresh. It also has a great presentation look to it. Overall a great product.
