I bought this package of 100 neon balloons to decorate my house, for the Valentine's party. The place was beautiful and very striking. The package brings several colors, a good size that I was combining and placing in several places in the house. The dim light of my home gave a picturesque touch and a wonderful visual effect to all who enjoyed the party, I am very happy with my buys.

They don’t glow at all even when under a uv light. Total waste of money. Disappointing when planned on using at a birthday party I’m talking about Ballon’s and face paint markers. The real question is is the seller is the seller gonna stand behind it I doubt it because I can’t return them since the kids at the birthday party were ripping into it.

Overall great product. None of the balloons popped while airing them up and they stood up to me pulling them through the arch maker. They could used some more neon coloring. We feel like they were too see through.

The photo in the advertisement is misleading. The balloons are very light in color. With 8 black lights, they had a small glow to them.
