It also is excellent for smoking meats by keeping it moist and cooking quicker without ruining the bark.

This is the only paper I’ll use. So many have wax and say they don’t.

I had been looking for butcher paper for the longest. Glad I didn’t have to look any further. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Wish it was a bit thicker. I use 2 pieces instead of one when pressing a sublimation design.

WAY to thin, shiny paper. It is NOT usable for flower bouquets. It wrinkles easily for some odd reason. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t pay enough attention to the number of sheets, way to expensive for what I got. I can’t imagine wrapping meat in this flimsy paper. Buy elsewhere folks

Description mentioned that these would be great for wrapping bouquets. Says it is great for wrapping meat. Both are wet items or can get wet. I purchased for bouquets due to weather my flowers did not produce well enough as early as usual. I wrapped up a bunch for my market stand, left them (not even in the water) for about 15 minutes only to find out they had gotten splashed and started disintegrating. This was only a day after my return window closed. These do not work as advertised. I contacted seller over a week ago and have not heard a thing back. Wasted money. Do not buy if there is even going to be a slight moisture level in whatever you are wrapping.

Perfectly cut. Good quality paper. Works for me. Applies use.

I actually tried using this for origami because I wanted a precut butcher rather than purchasing a roll and measuring/cutting out a square. However, I learned that this paper is not exactly 18 x 18.
