  • Lift the treadmill belt on one side and insert the application tube underneath the belt as far as possible to about 1/3 underneath the width of the belt, then squeeze the bottle under controlled pressure while slowly pulling the applicator tube out from under the belt to leave a consistent stream of lubricant between the center of the belt to the outer edge of the belt. Repeat the process on the opposite side of the belt to achieve full-width belt lubrication.

Got it for tredmill lube works for band but the tube slides out I took it all out and poured into a spray bottle

Lube is lube & this stuff seems to do the trick just fine on older dried out treadmill walking surfaces, but the "universal" key, which was the whole reason I went with this brand, isn't actually universal. I had to contact Bowflex for a key that actually works. Perhaps all newer models take a certain key but my 15 yrs old treadmill wouldn't budge without the original key type.
