As others say - it is a good product with some minor faults. Works well as described - I like it most for the assistance in climbing hills - if not peddling the throttle offers fine control with just small movements as your finesse develops.Have ridden it about 50 miles so far with hardly any battery usage (still shows full though not sure how accurate the gage is yet).So far we mostly use it on Level 1 pedal assist as it feels like a natural peddling speed (about 9 mph) and have not tried anything beyond Level 2 as that is plenty fast (about 14).Frame is very solid designed for some moderate off-roading with plump 3 inch tires for good all around grip and Comfort - very Smooth with those.There was an issue with the derailleur tab arriving bent and the seller made good with a generous refund to allow me to correct it without the hassle of sending it back. All in all - I would Highly recommend this e-bike and the Seller- pretty good value for the money and seller works with you in a prompt manner. When lifting into a vehicle the battery can be removed to help lighten the load - not bad that way.Buy this - You will really enjoy it!

This bike is great. Only took about an hour to assemble and all tools were included. I’ve only been on it a couple of times but it rides really well and is super fast

I purchased this bike for my wife for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembly. The controls were easy as well. I believe that some plastic on the battery was cracked during shipment but it doesn’t seem to have any issues charging or powering the bike. The bike itself is perfect for her and rides very well. It also has quite a bit of power. I am looking to get another for myself.

A very cool bike. I work on it for 12 hours a day. Very fast, very powerful, rides on any surface. It feels good in the rain, the brakes work well too in wet weather, I've been riding it for a month. The front light bulb shines like a spotlight.But there are also disadvantages. But the disadvantages are not from the bike, but from the collectors. The front wheel rubbed the disc and the front brake when driving fast, since the disc was curved, we did not waste time replacing it and simply removed the front brake. The seat is terribly uncomfortable, we found a soft seat on Amazon and changed it. The biggest disadvantage is that the bike is very heavy. As a girl, I can't lift it, not disassembled, not assembled. It is generally unaffordable. The husband folds it into 3 parts and just lifts it with great difficulty and puts it in the trunk. But when riding, especially on uneven road surfaces or uphill or downhill, due to its gravity, the bike feels confident and holds me well. Despite the disadvantages, I love my bike.

It is pretty comfortable, fast, and reliable. I would certainly recommend that. Also, with coupon, it would be pretty cheap thus a good value for your money.

This was not to hard to assemble and looks good. the orange has a nice metallic flake shin to it in the sun.

Where do I start??? Well, upon opening the box and unwrapping the bike, I noticed a scratch on the hinge where t he bike folds. Then a VERY DEEP scratch in the handlebar.At this point I feel like I purchased a bike that was previously returned. And if not then they started to put the kickstand and attach the handlebar hinge base for you. Which would be great if the handlebars weren’t crooked! And IMPOSSIBLE to loosen with the cheap tool that they give you, (that started to loosen and twist immediately upon use). And it’s very short and takes a lot of effort to adjust the bolts.Since we’re on the handlebars. The bike does come with a bell. BUT…. It comes installed on the inside of the handlebars after the display screen, which makes it nearly impossible to ring without removing your hand from the grip. I had to switch the locations.The mud flap that covers the front wheel was twisted and was scrapping the front tire so I HAD TO put it at its highest point to avoid that. The back rack plate the brackets are welded misaligned so it’s impossible to attach both bolts to secure it! So I scratched the paint there trying to get it to align.Riding it felt kind of unstable at first. But that was due to the crooked handlebars and I had the seat and handlebars too high as well. But it took awhile to accelerate. I weigh about 200lbs and it took about two blocks for me to get up to 25mph. I get to about 22.5mph in a 1/2 block.Overall I like the bike. Packaging overall was great, better than expected. The ride was nice with the different acceleration modes between 1-5 the gradually give you more speed and power to accelerate.When you fold the bike it doesn’t lock into place. I had a feeling so I ordered straps for that since I have to sometimes take the bike on public transportation. Bit with that said. This bike is HEAVY 72lbs I believe they said and YOU FEEL IT!!! So keep that in mind if you have stairs or need to fold or move it often.
