I did receive proper SOD-123 diodes. Used these to build a mechanical keyboard with Amoeba King single-switch PCBs, and the keyboard works as expected, though I had to switch over to per-key delayed debouncing to have all of my keystrokes register when typing at full speed.The tape that I received only had 99 diodes instead of 100, however. I think that whatever machine they use to cut the tape that holds these diodes might be slightly miscalibrated. Not a big deal, since 99 is still more than I needed, but it might matter if you actually need exactly 100.

Beware if you're planning to hand-solder these or otherwise want specifically SOD-123 package.One order - no complaints. Second order - received SOD-323 diodes instead, much smaller footprint and more fiddly to solder.
