These are as described, and work well as intended. The shorter length does seem to allow a small amount of the injected solution to come to the surface, but is improved by holding the syringe in place for an extra couple of seconds after injection. The gauge is great, but I will probably purchase a slightly longer needle next time. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this brand in the future.
