After 5 mouths on a truck bed they are working fine BUTThis only happened on a few but the black paint on the rivets started to flack off within a week of installation.The rivets are Aluminum but the mandrel (the center part that gets pulled out) looks to be steel bc it’s rusting.

I recently bought a utility shed, and it is made of thin steel. Instead of using the screws to put it together, I used all pop rivets. I used these stainless washers to back up the pop rivet so that they would have plenty of grip surface. The stainless steel is especially nice because being outside, Everything rusts. But these won't. Highly recommended.

Look like real nice rivets have a really good lip on them and the bigger they are in length the larger the lip.

I needed blind rivets for my aluminum boat, but I didn't want to use solid rivetsI picked these up along with an adapter for my drill and a bit of marine silicone, and in no time I had a 120 rivets installed. I was expecting some of the rivets to pull through or break, but they all worked perfectly well.I would pick these up again if I need them.
