They have a loose fit (no real resistance to adjustment) and if you are ok with a situation where you will have to probably adjust and open them up a little over time (especially if you have hard water) then they will work for you.

Awesome product. Using the adjustable tips on your 1/4" irrigation tubing, you are able to grow a variety of plants with individual watering needs. You can simply adjust the tip dedicated to each plant from a mere drip to a a full umbrella-shape water flow or even turn off the water flow completely for a specific plant.

ythe molds used for the plastic or old or poorly made. units do not adjust very well. look for something of higher quality. would not buy again

These heads don't adjust evenly. They're either wide open or barely any drip, making it tough to regulate the water for different plant needs on the same water line. They are also incredibly noisy. They emit a terrible squeal that can be heard in the house which is 70 feet away from the plant bed. Having installed these heads, it sounds like an off key violin rehearsal. Spend the extra money and buy quality heads if you don't want to be the noisy neighbor with a poorly watered plant bed.

Great price but they did t work for what I got, I wanted to put them in some holes I made in a drip 1/4â€, doesn’t work for that. Only ends of 1/4â€
