12/26/21 UPDATE I changed my mind after spending some time in my garden at night. I spread them over my garden & there is a distinct glow among the pebbles. It is very cute along with solar lights that I installed. I changed my mind about this item.

Doesn't do what it is suppose to , doesn't glow in the dark . I put it in direct summer sun for 3 days still no glow so don't waste your money.

I have a tree in front of my house that I put a fairy door on for the neighborhood children to enjoy during their stroller and bike rides. I place little gems around it for them to collect. I wanted to up my game so I got these non-toxic glow in the dark gems. They are a big success. Kiddos are very excited! Parents are too!!The multi colors really glow bright within the first hour of darkness. Eventually fading to mostly a light blue color after 8 hours in the dark. I am purchasing a second bag of these for my granddaughter's fairy garden.

I have a fountain that has several levels and all but the very top bowl is lighted with LEDs. I thought these stones could provide a bit of glowing luminosity for that top tier. Unfortunately, no glow is visible to the naked eye though I note my camera does pick up a hint of light from them. (These stones sat on a wall in the sun all day before being immersed in the fountain.) The first photo is in complete dark and the second with a patio light on some distance away. A few of the stones initially floated but once forcibly submerged, stayed in place.

It has a TINY bit of glow ONLY in total darkness.Waste of money :(
