I recently discovered that my Scrabble set was missing a couple of letters. I ordered the entire set of 100 letters from Amazon. I play with a group. I set aside my original letters and we are using the new tiles. However, the old tiles are so similar to the new letters in color, thickness and size that I feel confident I can use my older tiles to replace any future lost letter.

I purchased these tiles to replace some of the tiles that got lost when our Scrabble game was borrowed. I liked that most of the tiles matched the size and color of my original game tiles but there were a few that did not “fit in†as they were a little smaller than the original tiles and could potentially be seen by other players therefore would eventually know, if we used them and played often enough, what letters they were. If not for the few smaller tiles I would have scored this purchase 5 stars.

Was not happy with these. They work as a replacement to our original vintage ones but these are so cheap made. Very light weight. Some of the letters are off centered which drivese crazy. Wish I would have spent the extra money and got the really nice ones.

The reviews were a little hit or miss, I’d include a pic but they were a gift and we were playing scrabble the whole time. They fit into the upraised squares on our board, they are a touch thicker than the original set but I preferred it. If you were mixing and matching it might be annoying but this is a whole set so we swapped old for new. One tile was a bit rough looking, the wood looked a little burnt but it was fine, the overall set was well enough made with a few imperfections on the number placement but not impactful on our playing.

Didn’t buy these for a scrabble game but for a craft. If you need more than one specific letter and that letter is not a vowel, buy multiple just in case. I ended up having to buy more because there was only one K
