I fried two of them for not being careful with the current, so make sure you know your specs.

A few of the 50 did not operate at all like a transistor - but more like a shunt to ground. Yipes! Otherwise, most operate as expected within specs.

Haven't checked the transistors or used them in a circuit yet. But since their all made in China probably throw half away. I was trying to make a project yesterday out some BC547 I had ordered threw 9 away that wouldn't function right because their made in China. I remember when they made in Silicone Valley or Japan. They where ellexcent made no problem at all.
